Bruno is a Partner of VP Human Capital Solutions and he is based in Milan. Prior to joining the firm, Bruno has been Partner of Amrop Italy and Country Manager Italy in Pedersen & Partners, an International Executive Search Firm and beforehand Partner in ASA/Amrop for almost a decade. During the course of his career as Head Hunter, he has conducted numerous local and cross-border search mandates as a core member of the Private Equity and Life Science & Healthcare practices.
Prior to his Executive Search career, Bruno held leadership roles at a national and international level for several large IT services organizations, including IBM, and worked in Private Equity at 3i Europe, where he focused on Management Buy Out and Management Buy In transactions.
Bruno graduated from the University Federico II in Naples with a first-class honors degree in Mechanical Engineering and has a postgraduate Diploma in Optics from the National Optical Institute in Florence, and an Executive Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi in Milan.
In addition to his native Italian, he speaks fluent English.
