Esperienza e metodo

Il team di VP Executive Search ha un’esperienza pluridecennale nella consulenza e nell’executive search. Riteniamo tuttavia che l’esperienza da sola non sia sufficiente a comprendere e a soddisfare esigenze complesse e dinamiche come quelle degli interlocutori (manager e aziende) coinvolti in un processo di ricerca. Riteniamo allo stesso modo che il metodo da solo non possa garantire il successo di una ricerca di manager, se il team che gestisce il progetto non ha una seniority e un’esperienza adeguate.
