Arianna graduated in Organizational Psychology and Marketing at the Catholic University of Milan. She is registered with the Lombardy Psychologists’ Registry.After initially working for an Italian Executive Search boutique, she joined the VP Search team in the Milan office.
Arianna is the Head of the Research Team at VP Search and is a senior professional with extensive experience in recruiting. Over the years, she has developed expertise in managing all aspects of research and selection activities and is used to support companies and Private Equity funds in finding the best talents.
Arianna has a structured background in Mid-Market and Executive recruitment, possesses deep market knowledge, and has an extensive network. She is accustomed to working with both multinational and entrepreneurial companies and has often supported international investors in start-up projects in the Italian market.
