Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering with a specialization in Business Management and Economics from the Polytechnic University of Milan.

Maurizio Pozzetti has gained significant international experience, including in multinational contexts, within companies that are leaders in the Executive Search, Management Consulting, Information Technology, and industrial sectors.

He is a senior professional with over 30 years of experience in Executive Search, particularly in the areas of Management, Human Resources, Strategic Marketing, and Business Development in the following sectors: Financial Services, Banking, Energy, and Industrial Practices.

Mr. Pozzetti began his professional career in Sales and Marketing at IBM and Amdahl. He later held the position of Commercial and Marketing Director at Il Sole 24 ORE Radiocor, the Press Agency of the 24 ORE Group.

After his experience as Vice President at Gemini Consulting, Mr. Pozzetti joined an international Executive Search network, becoming a Partner with responsibility for the Financial Services and Information Technology Practices. He has been involved in Executive and Managerial Search and Selection both in Italy and globally, placing professionals in companies undergoing restructuring or international relaunch.

He is strongly results-oriented, creative, adaptable, charismatic, and passionate, with a sharp analytical and strategic thinking mindset.
