He graduated in Work Psychology from the University of Milano-Bicocca and holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management. After gaining some experience in research and selection within corporate environments, he was involved in projects in executive search with a strong international scope. He then developed the typical executive search methodology, personally leading the search for managers nationwide and engaging with various organizational areas and different companies. Over the years, he has worked with listed groups, family owned business, Private Equity backed companies, as well as branches of international companies operating in Italy.
