Graduated in Law from the University of Bari and licensed to practice law, he transitioned into the Human Resources field with a Master’s degree in “OP – Personnel Organization” from Bocconi University.
After working experiences at Randstad and an Engineering company, he joined Villa & Partners in 2021.
Francesco deals with both managerial profile search and sector mapping activities, and has a focus the Private Equity sector.
Francesco manages projects for the recruitment of managerial profiles for companies operating in various sectors – retail, industry, agriculture, machinery, services, automotive, and fashion – with emphasis on AFC, Sales & Marketing, Legal, HR, Operation, and IT functions.
He is also involved in significant organizational assessment projects for companies in the service and industrial sectors.
