After obtaining a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Pavia, Federico Fontana began his career by working for nearly three years at KPMG, a renowned auditing and business consulting firm.
He then transitioned to the HR & Recruitment sector, joining Page Group and eventually taking on a strategic role within the company’s Italian Board.
Following some experiences in boutique Search & Selection firms, in 2014 Federico Fontana took part in the start-up of LHH Recruitment Solutions (formerly Badenoch + Clark and Spring Professional) – an end-to-end HR solutions provider and part of The Adecco Group. He held roles of increasing responsibility in the Sales and Management areas.
Specifically, Federico Fontana served as the Director of the Sales & Marketing Division and later became the Managing Director of Badenoch + Clark. Eventually, he assumed the position of Head of Professional Recruitment for Northern Italy at LHH Recruitment Solutions.
In these roles, he engaged with client companies to assist them in identifying strategic professional profiles (Middle and Top Management) in functions such as Finance, Sales, IT & Digital, Industrial & Manufacturing, primarily within the FMCG, Retail, Fashion & Luxury, IT, Industrial, and Energy sectors.
