Mario Mairano began his career in Fiat Group within the Human Resource department where his roles increased in responsibility. In 1993 he became HR Director in Ferrari Auto. After a brief period in an industry foreign to automotive (Banca di Roma and Capitalia) he returned to Ferrari as Vice President of Human Resources, working towards the company’s development and expansion phase until 2016.

Mario Mairano’s experience has always been characterized by a strong involvement within the business, collaborating closely with top management to support strategic development plans as well as change and relaunch programs. He led complex processes of organizational redesign, development of managerial skills, cultural change and played a leading role in avant-garde initiatives in Corporate Welfare. He has worked side-by-side with executives to support them in their personal growth plans.

His professional history and achieved accomplishments, along with his indisputable well-respected reputation, make Mario Mairano one of the most influential HR Executives present on the Italian and international scene.

Currently Mario is engaged in various advisory projects: in VP Executive Search he is Senior Practice Leader of the Executive Mentoring BU.

Besides in June 2017 he is appointed Chairmain of the Board of Directors of Ospedale di Sassuolo.
