Simona has a Degree in Philosophy at Università degli Studi di Milano.
Graduated in Philosophy at the University of Milan, Simona takes various responsibilities within the Adecco Group, including the coordination of national projects for the group’s larger customers in the Telecommunications, Large-scale Distribution, Pharma / Consumer Healthcare and Manufacturing. She subsequently develops the working techniques typical of the Head Hunting methodology in Robert Half International, an American multinational company focused on Recruitment and Executive Search.
Simona is specialized in the research of Middle and Top Management figures for the Financial Institutions field and focuses her intervention on Banking and Insurance sectors. For years she has grown a network of professionals with expertise in Asset Management, Private Banking, Consumer Finance, Investment Banking and Credit Management practices.
Simona has also dedicated herself to the recruitment of professionals in the Risk, IT, Finance, HR, Operation and Sales functions for both domestic and international realities.
