VP Executive Search is an independent player in the recruitment and selection of talented professionals and managers. It was created on the initiative of a management team with decades of experience at leading international groups and local consulting companies.

The business is controlled by its managers and this allows the company to ensure a unique and high quality service compared to traditional Executive Search networks on the market.

Expertise and Method

The VP Executive Search team has several decades of experience in consulting and executive search. We believe, however, that experience alone is not enough to understand and meet the complex and dynamic needs of our clients (managers and companies) who are involved in the search process. Similarly, method along cannot ensure the successful recruitment of a manager if the team managing the process does not have sufficient seniority and expertise.
